In order to maintain a relaxing and stress free atmosphere we ask that your phone is turned on silent and that no phone calls are taken while others are around you receiving a service or relaxing in one of our lounges. Phone calls can be made in our reception area or outside on our patio area. As much as we love children, we also ask that you are not accompanied by small children unless they are receiving a service. We thank you and our clients thank you for giving them their time to relax and enjoy their getaway for the time that they are with us.
Clients that are under 18 and receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult and/or written consent must be given by guardian (based on what service is being provided).
Stacie's Natural Touch as well as tenants providing services at Stacie's Natural Touch reserve the right to refuse any service or treatment due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior. We take this VERY seriously!
UPDATED 05/17/2022
Thank you for your continuing support for Stacie's Natural Touch and our small family of practitioners and staff. In order to honor our loyal clients and to best appreciate the hard work and commitment that our practitioners place into each and every service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
A CREDIT CARD will now be KEPT ON FILE in order to HOLD any appointments. This card will ONLY be charged in the event of a last minute cancellation/re-scheduled appointment or a "no show". In the event that your card will be charged, it will consist of a cancellation fee that represents HALF OF THE PRICE of the service that would have been rendered. If there is an issue with this continuing, we may ask that the service be paid in full at the time of booking.
We ask that you give at least a 24 HOUR notice if you need to cancel an appointment that is LESS THAN TWO HOURS. For appointments TWO OR MORE HOURS we now require a 48 HOUR notice.
LARGER GROUP BOOKINGS will require a 50% DEPOSIT in addition to a credit card to be kept on file, in order to hold appointments. We ask that you give at least a 48 HOUR notice OR MORE, for cancelling larger group bookings. Cancellations made WITHIN THE 48 HOUR period will require that the responsible party be charged the REMAINING 50% DUE.
We do understand that some things are out of our control and medical or family emergencies do arise. In this event, we do ask that you REACH OUT to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Please understand that this policy aims to implement a buffer period in event of cancellations so that our practitioners can have time to fill the time slot with clients from our waiting list. It also helps to stabilize and support scheduling for our practitioners as they are only paid through the bookings that you honor. We continue to thrive based on the love and support of our loyal clients and truly appreciate being your choice destination for relaxation and wellness.
