Smoking is not permitted in or near Stacie's Natural Touch.
In order to maintain a relaxing and stress free atmosphere we ask that your phone is turned on silent and that no phone calls are taken while others are around you receiving a service or relaxing in one of our lounges. Phone calls can be made in our reception area or outside on our patio area. As much as we love children, we also ask that you are not accompanied by small children unless they are receiving a service. We thank you and our clients thank you for giving them their time to relax and enjoy their getaway for the time that they are with us.
Clients that are under 18 and receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult and/or written consent must be given by guardian (based on what service is being provided).
Stacie's Natural Touch as well as tenants providing services at Stacie's Natural Touch reserve the right to refuse any service or treatment due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior. We take this VERY seriously!
We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We do understand that issues arise and are sometimes beyond our control.
In order to honor our clients and to best appreciate the hard work and commitment that our practitioners place into each and every service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1st time cancellations (within 24 hours of service) - you will receive a brief reminder of our 24 hour policy and, in order to book any future service, you will need to put down a 50% deposit. We will hold your credit card information in a secure file at this time.
* If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled within the 24 hours of that service time, you will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Repeated cancellations within the 24 hour window- If last minute cancellations become a habit, we will require that all services be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
For appointments longer than 2 hours there must be a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. This secures your spot and goes towards your original appointment. If you have to reschedule we must have 48 hours notice in order to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled date. If there isn't a 48 hour notice given the deposit can NOT transfer.
All larger group bookings/parties require a credit card to hold the appointments and an increased notice window of 48 hours is required for any cancellations. Cancellations made within the 48 hour period will require that the responsible party be charged the FULL price of said service/s.
This policy aims to implement a buffer period in event of cancellations so that our practitioners can have time to fill the time slot with clients from our waiting list. It also helps to compensate our practitioners for their time when late cancellations occur.
